The Blu-ray is equally as fun and should make for an enjoyable family movie night. Along with the movie, you also get a generous library of special features and deleted scenes.

Boyhood is a fictional drama of an ordinary boy, it refrains from bending to typical Hollywood melodramatics and plot twists.

Fed Up exposes new and old truths about the American obesity epidemic, much akin to Inconvenient Truth’s global warming revelations. It is a film equal parts alarming and motivational. Fed Up is in theaters May 9th.

There were aspects of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 that I found completely diverting, but as a whole, Marc Webb’s web-slinging superhero movie is cliché and unpalatable.

As part of my duties being a Fox Home Entertainment Insider, I get great access to new movies and kids projects. Its fun for the whole family. This week, I got a new DVD based on the hit movie, How to Train Your Dragon. The DVD consists of 10 award-winning episodic adventures of Dreamworks’ Dragons: Defenders of Berk.

The Blu-ray release hits store shelves on March 25th, however, it’s available right NOW on digital format from HD streaming service, M-Go.

I’m not going to build your interest in this film by stacking pun after pun, from fear of you throwing bricks at me. That would be too easy….like Duplo® easy. Instead I had hoped we could interlock our interest for an amazing brand by constructing only the details. So, block out any distractions and enjoy this well-assembled formation of words. Respect the pun, kids.

Frozen, like the similar Tangled, is a gorgeously animated picture; but is further evidence that reviving the golden age of Disney musicals is a tough feat. Frozen hits theaters November 26, 2013. Coming Home for Christmas is a heart-warming tale of reuniting family and overcoming differences, however, heavy-handed writing tends to detract from that message.

Expensive computer-generated landscapes and effects bedeck Earth’s Mightiest Avenger sequel, but combined with formula “save-the-universe” story and Hiddleston’s allowance to overshadow Hemsworth; Thor: The Dark World is simply not good enough.
